As an entrepreneur and business owner, Steve is an inherent self-starter and leader. At the core of his success is his family, which includes his wife Debbie and children, Lexi and Brendan, and a wide circle of friends. Steve and his immediate family enjoy visiting faraway destinations like Africa, New Zealand, Australia, and many Caribbean locations.

By attempting to live by putting God first–though falling short every day–Steve feels that perspective only enhances family, friend, and business relationships. Outside of work, Steve enjoys traveling with family, Sr. league baseball, golf, tennis, basketball, hiking, church worship—small group—Bible study and sharing the wonderful promise we have of everlasting life through our faith in Jesus Christ.

Rising to the Challenge 

With over seventeen 14,000-foot-mountain summits (14-ers) reached, mountain climbing is one of Steve’s passions. Besides enjoying the mental discipline and physical challenge it takes to reach the peak, he also revels in the sense of achievement. “Every mountain provides unique challenges. However, no matter the mountain, when I get to the top, I’m always overwhelmed by the 360-degree view and the beauty of God’s creation.”

The passion, tenacity, and adaptation that it takes to reach a mountain top are some of the traits that Steve brings to the business world. “Whether you are a client or candidate, finding the right fit is a significant challenge and uphill battle for many.
